It's important to note that this product is just the bed and does not include the headboard that the photo shows. I knew this before I ordered it, but if I hadn't, I would have been pretty peeved!! It's a nice starter bed for my four-year-old, she loves it. It was also easy to assemble.
Service and delivery comments:
I was impressed with the service center - I misspelled my address when I ordered and it was corrected quickly and easily by a service rep who responded to me quickly and often via email. Setting up the delivery and the delivery itself was smooth and convenient.

We bought this so that we could eventually get a bunk bed set that this could fit under, but by itself it's a very good practical buy for someone looking on the cheaper end of beds. Didn't take too long to put together either - it took my husband about an hour and a half. We had to buy a padded rail so my 3-year old wouldn't fall off, but other than that it's a very good bed; the natural color is very nice and easy to match in kids rooms, too.

Great value. Using for college student living away from home, so hoping for good resale value in a few years. Seems sturdy enough to hold up well, only time will tell. Under bed drawers great for storage/clothes and prevents items being 'lost' under the bed.

I have used this bed for my 4 yr old daughter and it is right size, easy to assemble with lot of space in its drawers thus clearing up her room clutter.
It was quite heavy to move around but not too difficult to assemble. I also bought a matching headboard and am very satisfied with it
