Comments about South Shore Copley Collection Platform Bed:
My dad bought this for me and we both put it together. The only problem that we had was that there were 2 holes that did not line up where they were supposed to. We had to drill our own holes. This is a good choice for my bedroom and I am very pleased with it!

I had a lot of trouble assembling this product. Very confusing. Missing pre-drilled holes. Collapsed within 1 week.

Comments about South Shore Copley Collection Platform Bed:
Honestly, I was a little worried about ordering furniture off the internet, but with this set, those fears were calmed. It is a pretty, modern-looking set that brightens the room that its in and seems to be fairly sturdy for the price. Not to say it could stand up to a troop of monkeys beating on it for an extended period of time, but it's good for normal, everyday wear.
I've put together furniture before and this one wasn't too bad. The directions were mostly clear and easy, and if you've ever used a screwdriver before, you shouldn't have too much trouble putting this together. The only one hang-up was that I did have to drill holes into one part that seemed to be missing them. (Hopefully that was just a bad day at the factory, there was a new guy running the machines or something.) If I were to suggest an improvement, I'd say that having some guide holes already drilled into the surface that the mattress itself sits on (trying to get that lined up properly was a pain!) and some guide holes on the underside of the trim would have been nice, too. But all considering, it was easier than some things I've had to put together, and looks nice.
Service and delivery comments:
My delivery was here actually a little earlier than I expected and everything was in good shape!
